The Simpsons- “Holidays of Future Passed”

A masterpiece. Best Simpsons episode since at least “Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson Mind” in season 19, maybe even earlier. Also, don’t bother replying to this if you’re just going to whine about how the show has gone “downhill.” Nobody cares.

Catching up on the last few episodes of this past season of The Simpsons, and this one, “Homer Scissorhands” blew me away. The Lisa/Milhouse thing was SO well handled, and hearkened back to great Lisa episodes of the past. So tired of the boring “Simpsons sucks now” conversation. Most of you people haven’t even watched the show since the late ’90s. It’s consistently good, and occasionally still the funniest thing on TV. It will be a sad day when the show is over.
